Students, employees and volunteers at WOWL must follow University policies regarding alcohol and drugs.

Violation of these policies by any member of WOWL constitutes grounds for disciplinary action up to and including termination, expulsion, or sanctioning of a student organization in accordance with FAU Board of Trustees rules, collective bargaining agreements or both. FAU may also require the violator to undergo evaluation, treatment or both for a substance abuse problem. In addition, a violator will be referred for prosecution consistent with local, state and federal criminal laws. Disciplinary action taken against a student or employee by the University does not preclude the possibility of criminal charges being filed, nor does the filing of criminal charges preclude disciplinary action taken against a student or employee by the University.
