Instructions:
1. E-mail your request to the general WOWL email address at promotions@wowl.fau.edu .

2. Print, complete and sign the three forms below. (you can obtain this form at the radio station: University Center room 207D) or you can click on the four links below to view the forms. Print them out and then bring them to the radio station in the UC.
